SBSD Preschool to Kindergarten Transition
For students continuing in the South Brunswick School District for September, please ensure you fulfill these two registration requirements before the start of the school year:
1. An updated physical examination form- must be dated AFTER September 2025. Click HERE for a copy of the form.
2. Updated immunization record- NJ State law requires incoming kindergarten students to have specific vaccines. We recommend contacting your child’s physician to verify that their immunization records are up to date.
Once these requirements are met, please email the documentation to your child’s current school nurse or send them in your child’s folder.
