Bonnie Capes is proud to be the Lead Learner of Crossroads South Middle School. Bonnie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. She also holds an Administrative and Supervisory certification from the Foundation for Education Administration’s NJEXCEL Program for Educational Leadership.
Bonnie began her teaching career in South Brunswick Township at Constable and Brooks Crossing Elementary Schools. She has also served South Brunswick as an Assistant Principal at Dayton, Deans, and Monmouth Junction Schools, as the Director of Professional Development, and as the Principal of Cambridge Elementary School. Bonnie is proud to have served the community of Crossroads South Middle School and works hard each day to nurture a school community where "Every Student is SEEN & HEARD".
Bonnie is an alum of the NJEXCEL program and serves as an E-Mentor and an instructor of future educational leaders. She is also currently pursuing her doctoral degree in the Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis Program at the University of Missouri.
