Facility Related Requests: (Blinds, door knobs, chairs, electrical outlets, etc.)

Report and communicate with your building's Head Custodian (via the building principal). The Head Custodian is the go-to for each building. The Head Custodian will take care of the need or will submit a facility work order for review. If approved, the work order is assigned accordingly.


New equipment requests, reinstallation of projectors, removal of mounted devices, etc.:

Go to building principal or direct report.


Building Admin:


Requests that may be a change to past practice impacting others, involves non-budgeted expenses or requests that should be discussed/planned with administration should not be a work order. New admin laptop requests should be discussed prior to budget cycle.
