School Facility Use Request Application

Before continuing, please be advised:

  • All applications must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the scheduled event.
  • Use of facilities on Sundays is restricted.
  • Any organization/group requesting the use of the SBSD facilities must comply with all rules and regulations governing the use of school facilities.
  • Applicant must provide proof of insurance and a fire permit under the SBSD guidelines.

What is the Difference in Event Types?

During the application process you will be asked to select an Event Type.
Below are the the descriptions for each type.

Single Day Event:
An Event that occurs on a single day.
Example: I need the facility for one day only.

Multi-Day Event (2-5 days):
Event that requires 2-5 days which may or may not be consecutive.
Example: I need the facility for May 10 & May 17.
Recurring Event:
Event that are not single day or that need more than 5 days.
A recurring event is any event that occurs at regular intervals.
I need the facility every Tuesday in June.
I need the facility the first Friday of every month from Sept. 4 thru Feb. 5.
I need the facility everyday from October 10 to October 20.
