1. List all citations in alphabetical order by the first letter.

2. First line should be flush left, second line is indented.

BOOK:

Author’s Last Name, First Name. Name of book. City of publication: Publisher's name, Copyright year.

Example:
Coleman, David. Emotional Intelligence. New York: Bantam, 1995.


ENCYCLOPEDIA ARTICLE :

Author’s Last Name, First Name. "Article Title." Name of Encyclopedia. Edition. Copyright year.

Example:
Copaset, Sandra. "Zen and the Art of Wearing Blue and Khaki." Encyclopedia Americana. 10th ed. 1996.

Without Author:
“Noon.” The Oxford English Dictionary. 2nd ed. 1989.


ELECTRONIC DATABASE:
Author (if given). "Title of Article." Title of Encyclopedia, Book, Magazine or Newspaper. Day Mo. Year of publication. Section or Pages in print version. Name of Database. Day Mo. Year of access <Electronic Address of Database>.
