Counselors work with students to outline their four year high school academic course schedule in preparation for college and career planning. Online Student Grades: Students, parents, and guardians can access grades and attendance records online at Family Connect / PowerSchool with the username and password provided by SBHS.
Naviance: To assist with college and career planning SBHS recently introduced Naviance, an interactive website that students, parents, guardians and counselors can use for college and career research and planning. Naviance offers features for students in grades 9 - 12. Guidance has provided each student with a Registration Code which is used one time to set up your password protected Naviance account.
College Center: Offers a variety of FAQ's, College Admissions Testing information, checklists, charts, books and websites for college planning and research for students in grades 9 - 12.
Career Center: Offers information about researching jobs and careers, full-time employment, technical training and trade schools.
Organization and Study Tips: Provides a list of tips and strategies for students, parents, and guardians on time management, organization, note taking, test taking and group projects.
Summer Opportunities: A variety of camps, college study and travel programs
Transcript Request: For current and former SBHS students
Graduation Course Requirements: Course requirements and HSPA testing.
SBHS Scheduling Policies: Course scheduling policies
Registration Information: For students transferring to SBHS
