SOUTH BRUNSWICK ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME
RULES OF ELECTION

 

1. Athletic Hall of Fame will be elected every two years.

2. Members of the Athletic Hall of Fame committee shall be eligible to vote. The Athletic Director confirms all appointments to the committee.

3. Candidates are eligible in their tenth year after graduation from South Brunswick High School.

4. Coach must be retired or in the process of retiring.

5. The Athletic Director prepares a list of possible candidates
            Research on candidates is done by:
                                    The Athletic Director
                                    Jimmy Zinsmeister (History)
            Research is done:
                                    Yearbooks
                                    Newspaper Articles
                                    Nominations

6. A letter is sent to the committee of longtime South Brunswick teachers and coaches and former administrators for review, comments, opinions and suggestions.

7. Time of nominations and research is in October, November and December of the odd year.

8. The Hall of Fame committee reserves the right to revoke, alter or amend these rules at any time.

9. The inductee has two years to appear in person to be inducted into the hall of fame.
