TRAINING BEGINS AT THE TIMES STATED ABOVE SHARP! GET THERE EARLY TO SIGN IN AND PREPARE!

All sessions meet outside the SBHS weight room– warm up/training location will be posted outside of the weight room.

Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri. sessions include dynamic warm up, speed/power/agility skills, and strength training.

All Athletes/Students MUST sign into workout sessions and return completed waiver prior to participation.
All Athletes/Students MUST be punctual. Late students will not be allowed to join training session.
No Food. No Gum. No Lip.

Only water in closed top container is allowed in the weight room.

Any athlete or student disrespecting the gym, wt. room, equipment, teammates, other athletes, students, coaches or staff will be removed from the program on the VERY FIRST offense. No Exceptions.
