Pay To Participate Beginning with the 2010-2011 school year, the South Brunswick Township Board of Education requires a $75.00 participation fee for each athletic sport, Marching Band, and winter guard your child participates in during the school year. Payment will be due at all pre-season parent/student meeting dates.

Refunds will only be granted if the sport is discontinued due to insufficient level of participation.

If your child qualifies for free and reduced lunch the “Sharing of Information” form must be completed in order to be exempted from the fee. A written letter to request a fee waiver for extenuating financial circumstances can be submitted to the Athletic Office. Families who exceed $300.00 for the year can locate the "Family Plan" form here. Please make check or money order payable to: South Brunswick Public Schools.

Parents and students should understand that this fee allows students to participate. It does not guarantee participation time in games nor does it ensure specific positions on team. Those decisions will remain with the coaches and advisors. Fees collected in this manner are designed to help partially defray the operational cost of offering the programs.
