Everyone at Monmouth Junction School recognizes the importance of a strong home-school connection. We realize that much of our success is due to parent support. One way you can show your commitment to your child's education is by being a registered voter.

It is important for everyone who is eligible to vote, to register.

Voter Information

Residents who are at least 18-years old, citizens of the United States and have lived in Middlesex County for at least 30 days may register to vote.  Voter registration applications must be received by Middlesex County Board of Elections 21 days prior to an election.

The last day to register to vote in the April 15, 2008 School Election is March 25, 2008.

Voter registration applications are available in the main office at each school and at the Board of Education Office.  Forms can also be obtained by contacting the Middlesex County Board of Elections, John F. Kennedy Square, Fourth Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-1110, or by calling (732) 745-3471.

Absentee Ballot Application

In New Jersey, any voter can now vote by Absentee Ballot for any election. Registered voters no longer need a reason to vote via Absentee Ballot.

A voter may apply for an absentee ballot by completing an Absentee Ballot Application and mailing it to Hon. Elaine Flynn, Middlesex County Clerk, P.O. Box 1110, 75 Bayard Street, Fourth Floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-1110 at least 7 days prior to the election.  

A voter may also apply for an Absentee Ballot in person at the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office until 3 p.m., the day before the election.

The County Clerk cannot accept faxed copies of an Absentee Ballot Application since an original signature is required.
