Snack Policy

Students are permitted to bring in snacks that have nutritional value. It is encouraged that students bring in snacks that are healthy...low in fat, sugar, and sodium. If a student is bringing in a drink, it may not be in a can or glass bottle. Students are permitted to bring in water in plastic bottles for use throughout the day. If a student brings in juice with their snack, it is encouraged that it is 100% juice, with no sugar added. The health of our students and your children is extremely important. Providing them with a healthy snack will allow them to stay focused and do their best work throughout the day. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the third grade snack policy, please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher.
