A Summer Message From the 4th Grade Team

Happy summer!

We hope you have a wonderful vacation.

Spend a lot of time outside playing.  Summertime is a wonderful time for exploring, for riding your bike, for swimming, for imaginative play…

When you are indoors, though, we would like you to read!  The more you read, the better you read.  Most of what you read should be your own choice.  Keep a list of everything you read this summer (if you love to read, that’s hard – but give it a try), and give the list to us when school starts.

One of the books on your list should be a choice from the list below.  The list contains some really wonderful books.  If you want to read more, of course you can.  But do read at least one.
