I look forward to seeing some familiar faces in the Fall as well some new families who will join us in September. Take some time this summer to work on pre-readiness skills and actvities - make it FUN!

*Draw/write shapes and letter in the sand, with shaving cream, sidewalk chalk and pudding!
*Utilize math skills by playing games, counting, positional games, memory games, scavenger hunts
*Work on science by doing experiments - what happens with water when you leave it in the sun or put
it in the freezer? Observe the behavior of an insect for 5 minutes. Draw a picture of it's body.
*Social skills - Get together with some friends and have a tea party. Children can help plan the party
and set it up.
