Snack Each day we will have snack; please send in a healthy snack with your child each day, even if he or she is buying lunch. Some suggestions for snack are fruit, vegetables, yogurt, pretzels, crackers, etc.
Birthdays Please EMAIL me about 1 week before your child's birthday. I encourage having your child choose their favorite picture book for me to read in class, a healthy nutritional snack, OR a donation (pencils, erasers, book, or game). These celebrations will be approximately 10 minutes long so please keep that in mind when you plan for this "mini" celebration. Additionally, we will always sing and watch a BrainPop on each child's special day! :) Homework Monday-Thursday our class has homework. Listed below is the general homework each week.
Reading: Read for at least 15 minutes and log 10 entries every 14 days.
