Reading -

Started new books on Wednesday.  Working on comprehension and predictions.
Math -
Working on time(digital and analog), elapsed time and calendars.


Writing -
We are on the publishing stage of our writing.  Students learned strategies on how to come with ideas for stories, and then they picked the idea they liked best and went through all of the steps.  Our next step is to celebrate our published stories.

Social Studies -


Science -
 We are learning about magnets.  Today we learned how to break the force of two magnets.
Our spelling test has been changed to Friday, October 24 due to my absence from school.
