When does Family Connect open for the school year?

Family Connect Parent/Student Portal closes during the summer for updating.

Why must I create a Parent/Guardian Account when I can just share my child’s?


  • If you have more than one child in the school system (grades 6-12) you may access all your children’s information by a Parent single login.

  • High School students register for their classes through Family Connect Parent/Student Portal, which can only be done through the Parent’s account.

  • Parents find out Unit placement for their sixth graders through the Parent Account.

  • Parents are able to participate more fully in their students’ progress and teachers can use their gradebook to give parents and students information on academic progress and attendance.

Will I still get Interim Reports in the mail?

What do I do if I never received my information or accidently disposed of it?

If you have not received your information or accidently disposed of it, please contact your child’s School Counselor(s) or your child’s school PowerSchool contact.  For SBHS, Diane Bollaci at 732-329-4044 ext. 3285, Crossroads South, Lynn Bauer at 732-329-4633 ext. 3938, Crossroads North, Suzanne Cardona at Crossroads North, 732-329-4191 ext. 3812.

After consulting the guide, if you are having difficulty with Family Connect access, please contact the Family Connect Parent/Student Portal Support Helpline at 732-798-2460 (9 am to 4 pm, Mon-Fri during normal school days; holidays/school closings we will not be available.  Support will be open during the summer from 9 am-2 pm on weekdays.)
