Chartwells School Dining Services is proud to be a partner with the South Brunswick School District. Our menus and recipes are based on the state and national requirements to create healthy choice options with a variety of selections. Working with Chartwells Regional Dietitian, Anita Shaffer, R.D. and Regional Corporate Chef, Diane Ganci, we are able to offer our students and guests meals that comply and surpass the Dietary Guidelines for the Americans and National School Lunch Program with their School Meal Initiative nutrient standards.
