REGISTRATION HAS BEGUN FOR SPRING CLASSES!

We are offering a great variety of quality programs for adults from hobbies and fitness to wellness and finance. Classes begin in March, April and May.


Many new courses include cooking, craft and one-night seminars. Three new Organic Cooking classes and four new Cooking Academy classes have been added. We are proud to introduce MS Excel and Powerpoint one-night classes for the experienced user. New personal finance choices include How to Start a Home-Based Business, How to Patent & Profit From Your Invention. New leisure time and hobbies classes include Basics of Birding and Bridge.


We welcome back popular favorites such as Computers, Social Media, American Boating Certification Course, Intro to Flying Airplanes, Defensive Driving, and Personal Finance choices. Returning fitness and wellness courses include Dancing, Golf, Tennis, Aerobics, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Target Archery and Self Defense.

Register in person at the Community Education office at 231 Blackhorse Lane Mon-Fri 9 AM-4 PM. Most classes are held at the South Brunswick High School (Stout’s Lane and Ridge Road). South Brunswick Township senior citizens will receive a discount on most classes.


Many of our classes fill early. Encourage a friend to join you. Sometimes one or two people make the difference between "go" and "cancel".

In an effort to “Go Green” and increase cost effectiveness, the Fall 2009 brochure was the LAST to be mailed to ALL South Brunswick Residents in a saturation mailing. The NEW Spring brochure will be mailed to past participants during the last week in February.

Join an exciting educational experience with Online Courses using a Web-friendly version of lessons, quizzes and assignments (Ed2Go service). Complete courses day or night, view your progress, and interact with the instructor and other students, through your own computer at home or work.

Courses begin monthly on Wednesday February 17, March 17, April 21, May 19 & June 16, 2010

Choose from hundreds of popular courses, many at just $84 SAT Prep, Speed Spanish, Creating Web Pages, Web Graphics, Accounting Fundamentals, PC Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Programs, Dreamweaver, Quickbooks, Creative Writing, Grammar, Medical Terminology, Real Estate Investing, Personal Enrichment, Natural Health & Healing, Digital Photography, Growing Plants, Genealogy & many more.

All On-Line Courses Require: Internet Access, E-mail, Web Browser.

Each course consists of: 12 lessons, 2 each week for 6 weeks, via the Internet. You have 10 days to complete each lesson and 2 additional weeks to complete the final exam and receive a letter of completion.
