Community Pass - Online Registration Instructions, Policies & Procedures

Please Read these Registration Procedures Carefully!Have your brochure handy when you log on.

For current South Brunswick Public School Students & Students who are entering SBPS in Sept. 2017:1. Go to the website https://register.communitypass.net

2. Enter the community “South Brunswick Community Education Summer Programs, Tennis
and Adult School “ and hit continue.
3. Log into your Community Pass account that the school district has set up for you. If you
forgot your username/password, click on the option “Forgot your username or password ” and
follow the directions to retrieve your information. If you have never used your school district
Community Pass account or your family will be new to SBPS in September 2017, please email
program.registration@sbparents.org with your child’s name, home address and the best phone
number to reach you during business hours or call Community Education at 732-297-7800 x3148
so we can set up your account properly.

DO NOT USE AN ACCOUNT YOU HAVE WITH A DIFFERENT ORGANIZATION!

South Brunswick families applying for Tuition Assistance must register online after receiving pre-approval from Maria Chavkin. Please visit the Tuition Assistance page or email Maria.Chavkin@sbschools.org.
For students that attend other private or schools:1. Go to the website https://register.communitypass.net
2. Choose the community “South Brunswick Community Education Summer Programs, Tennis and Adult School “ and hit continue.
3. If you have a Community Pass account with another organization, you may use the same username and password and log in. If you have never used Community Pass before, you will need to hit the link “Create an Account Now” and follow the directions.

 

All camps have FIRM registration deadlines! (see below) Once the deadline has passed, you will not be able to register.

Policies & Procedures Summer 2016: • The online registration system requires full payment at the time of registration for all camps. Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
• An early registration discount of $25 is available for each 2 week session of BASE and Adventure Camps if you register before April 30, 2016.
• BASE and Adventure Camps require a non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child.
• The registration deadline for BASE, Adventure, and Travel camps is 2 weeks before the camp begins or earlier if camp fills up. Example: If camp begins Monday, July 18, registration ends Monday, July 4 at 12 Noon.
Early Bird discounts are available day camps, sports camps and many enrichment camps (not all), if you register beforeApril 30, 2016. Discount does not apply to Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up and some other Enrichment Camps (see brochure for details).
• The registration deadline for Enrichment and Sports Camp is 1 week before a camp begins or earlier if camp fills up. Example: If camp begins Monday, July 18, registration ends Monday, July 11 at 12 Noon.
• Once the registration deadline passes, you will NOT be able to register.
• Confirmations and Receipts: Payment receipts are automatically emailed upon enrollment. Detailed information for all camps (what to bring, etc.) will be e-mailed about one week before camp starts. Please add program.registration@sbparents.org to your contact list to avoid the emails going into your spam folder.
Refund Policy for BASE, Adventure and Travel Camps Withdrawals:
Refunds, minus the withdrawal fee of $50 per session and the $50 registration fee will be given if written notification is received by us at least 3 weeks before a program begins. All other refund requests will only be considered with a note from the child’s physician.
Switching sessions is considered a withdrawal and will be assessed the $50 fee.
Refund Policy for Enrichment and Sports Camps Withdrawals:

Tuition Assistance for South Brunswick residents only. South Brunswick families applying for Tuition Assistance must register online after receiving pre-approval from Maria Chavkin.
Tuition assistance is not available for all programs. We reduce tuition 15–90% depending on household income and family size: 2 people & income is $38,500 or less, 3 people-$48,500, 4 people-$58,000, 5 people-$68,000, etc. All tuition assistance forms, including NJ Cares for Kids State Subsidy Program forms, must be completed by April 30. • Returned Check Fees. There is a $40 charge for each returned check.
